In Sweden, gender equality is a political goal and employers are by law both prohibited to discriminate on the basis of gender, and obliged to carry out proactive work to eliminate inequalities. Today, there is a vast amount of both Swedish and international research on such work for change in organizations, particularly in male-dominated workplaces and on positions of power and influence. Research has identified common methods employed and some of the opportunities and challenges in these efforts. During the workshop, Charlotte will give an introduction to some of the main insights from this research and provide opportunity for group discussions drawing on participants’ own experience and needs.

Deadline for registration is 7 October to so that we can order coffee/tea and fika.
